ARE YOU COMPATIBLE ?
THIS POST IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT FOR CO-HABITATION. *
I have a very good friend in Arkansas who told me many, many years ago that you do not really know someone until you go camping with them! He maybe on to something.
I have a slightly different take. My belief is BEFORE marriage you must go shopping at Wal-Mart together. Here's how it works:
1. The woman gets a grocery list from the man's mother. The man gets a grocery list from woman's mother.
2. They go to Wal-Mart together---two separate carts---and they take turns placing their respective items in their designated cart.
3. My exercise achieves two goals: (1) The man really gets to know the woman's mother and the woman really gets to know the man's mother. (2) It also says volumes of the types of food each has been accustomed to eating.
4. This "Treasure Hunt" must be made on Friday after the Wal-Mart crowds get a chance to really grow. It shows a lot about patience and forgiveness---both critical items for a happy marriage!
5. Finally, each unloads and puts groceries away for the mother from which they have obtained their lists. Record how well instructions are followed and how much yelling (no cursing) each can tolerate.
Watch out Dr. Phil----BTW---he is not a doctor doctor, he does have a PhD in psychology from N. Texas Univ. his est. net worth is 80 Million. Not bad for a bald guy! I was at a dinner once where his sister was the guest speaker. She has a special needs child and one super speaker!
More BTW---Dr. Phil is from Vinita, OK---that is where the only OK facility for the criminally insane is located! ONLY IN AMERICA! ONLY IN AMERICA!
