I am totally convinced the Post Office uses reruns of Tim Conway playing the slow moving little old man on the Carol Burnett Show for training.
Case in point:
A guy goes into our Post Office and joins a line of 14 people. There are three service windows. Only one is in operation. A few feet away stands another service person leaning against the wall picking his fingernails with a pen knife.
The Postmaster walks up to him and asks, "What are you doing?"
The Gold Bricking employee replies, "Nothing."
To which the Postmaster says, "Keep it up. You are doing a great job."
