BALONEY---A CULINARY DELIGHT !

YOU KNOW YOU LIKE IT!


BALONEY (BOLOGNA FOR PURISTS) IS A TREAT THAT CAN BE PREPARED FOR ANY DISCERNING PALATE.


1. Regional Names for Boloney:
    a. Tube Steak
    b. Round Steak
    c. Dog (Smaller diameter pickled baloney)
    d. Kentucky Round
    e. Okie Round
    f.  Hobo Steak


2. Cuts of Baloney:
    a. Normally--- 10-12 slices per pound
    b. Special Boss' Dinner ---4 slices per pound
    c. Pickled Baloney---Sold by the foot 


3. Ways to Prepare:
    a. As is---Fresh from the refrigerator
    b. Fried---My Favorite
    c. Baked on a Casserole--Mac & Cheese--Umm 
    d. Smoked or BBQ---Favorite of many Okies
